Become A Designer

THE VALORE HUB is a curated shopping and showcase experience designed to bring together talented designers, brands, and creators. We provide a vibrant space where creativity meets community, allowing designers to present their work to a diverse and engaged audience.

We welcome designers who are passionate about quality, originality, and presentation to be part of the VALORE experience.

Participation Guidelines

To maintain the quality and experience of THE VALORE HUB, all participating designers are expected to follow these guidelines:

  • Pricing Requirement: All single items must be priced at 99L or below. Fat packs and Mega packs can be priced however you want.

  • Advertisement: Designers must add the Valore Hub Logo in ADs to be posted in social platforms.

  • Product Eligibility: Items do not have to be new or exclusive, however, new and exclusive releases are highly encouraged.

  • Booth Allocation: Each brand is entitled to one (1) booth only.

  • Logo Placement: No 3D logos allowed as we are working tirelessly to keep the event lag free for all.

  • Booth Setup: All designers are expected to replace the payment wall with their 2D logos/pngs after payment. Putting FATPACKS only in your booth is highly prohibited, there must be single priced items in your booth.

  • Content Integrity: Stolen, copybotted, or unauthorised items are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and possible ban from future events.

  • Timeliness: Designers must meet setup deadlines. A late fee will be applied for tardiness.

  • Booth Presentation: All items must remain within your assigned booth space. Items must not extend or hang outside the booth area.

  • Payment Policy: All payments are final and non-refundable.​

Event Schedule & Fees

Round One​

  • Booth Picking: 1st of every month @ 4pm SLT (“Immediate setup required after claiming”)

  • Booth Setup Deadline: 3rd of every month @ 10am SLT

  • Event Opening: 3rd of every month @ 5pm SLT

  • Event Closing: 15th of every month @ 5pm SLT

Round Two​

  • Booth Picking: 16th of every month @ 4pm SLT (“Immediate setup required after claiming”)

  • Booth Setup Deadline: 18th of every month @ 10am SLT

  • Event Opening: 18th of every month @ 5pm SLT

  • Event Closing: 30th of every month @ 5pm SLT

Fees

  • Designer Booth Fee: L$3,000

  • Late Fee: L$500
